How to check if your Tweetydreams is turned on or off?

  • When your Tweetydreams is on, you will see the Wi-Fi light: it can be a steady blue or flashing. This depends on whether the device is connected to Wi-Fi.
  • When your Tweetydreams is off, all indicator lights will be turned off.

Why is your Tweetydreams plugged in but not charging?

  • Ensure that you are using the plug adapter we have provided, as higher voltage adapters will not work.
  • Use the USB C cable that we provided.
  • Check the wall outlet has power or try using a different outlet.
  • If the problem persists, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Why is your Tweetydreams not playing music?

  • Verify that your Tweetydreams is turned on by checking that the Wi-Fi light is on. If there is no blue light, it means that your Tweetydreams is turned off. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until all the buttons flash once.
  • Check whether the battery is low (the battery light will be flashing red). If so, plug it in to charge and try again.
  • If the problem persists, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

How to stop the status light from flashing?

  • The blue flashing light indicates that your Tweetydreams is ready for pairing, and it will not stop flashing until it is paired (it will then be a solid blue) or until your Tweetydreams is turned off.
  • The red flashing light indicates that the battery is low. It will stop flashing once you plug your Tweetydreams into the power or turn it off.

Why is your USB adapter becoming a little warm?

  • It is common for the USB adapter to feel slightly warm to the touch during normal use.
  • If the USB adapter becomes hot, unplug it immediately and contact our customer support for further assistance.

The speaker makes a buzzing sound.

This may happen if the battery of your Tweetydreams is low. Please check whether the battery light is flashing red, and if so, please charge your Tweetydreams.

How to reset your Tweetydreams?

  1. Open the "Smart Life" App. Tap the pencil icon to edit device settings.
  2. Select "Remove the device," then choose "Disconnect and wipe data" to remove your Tweetydreams from the App.
  3. At the back of your Tweetydreams, use a small pin and press the reset button for 3 seconds.
  4. Add your Tweetydreams to the App again.

Your Tweetydreams buttons are not working.

Check if the child lock is active.
  • If yes, you will notice that the child lock button has lit up with an orange light.
  • To turn off the child lock, press the child lock button for 3 seconds or use the App.
Other things to try:
  • Reset your Tweetydreams.
  • Charge if the battery is low.
If the buttons still don't work, send us photos/videos for assistance.

App

Your Wi-Fi is not connecting.

  • The main problem people usually have is that they enter the wrong password. Make sure you have entered the password correctly and try again.
  • Make sure that your Tweetydreams is close to your Wi-Fi router and that your internet connection is strong.
  • Check that you are using a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi signal instead of a 5 GHz signal.
  • Try testing your Wi-Fi connection on another device in your household, to ensure your Wi-Fi connection is working properly.

The App fails to add your Tweetydreams.


  • Make sure that your Tweetydreams is turned on (the blue Wi-Fi light will be turned on).
  • Check that your Wi-Fi connection is working by accessing the internet via your phone internet browser.
  • When you enter your Wi-Fi network information, confirm it is a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network with the correct account name and password.
  • Try placing your Tweetydreams near your phone.
  • If you are still having issues, try resetting your Tweetydreams and attempt to add it to the App again.
  • If the problem persists, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Your Tweetydreams is not connecting.

  • Make sure that your Bluetooth is enabled and that you are not already connected to any other devices.
  • Turn off your Tweetydreams, wait for five seconds, and turn it back on before trying again.
  • Connect your Tweetydreams to a power source and try again.
  • Close the App and exit it completely before trying again. Uninstall the “Smart Life” App and reinstall it before repeating the installation process.

You are having issues with the App.

First, try to quit and restart the App and your Tweetydreams:
  • Close the App completely and turn off your Tweetydreams.
  • Wait for five seconds before turning it back on, then open the App and reopen the control screen of your Tweetydreams.
Secondly, try to do a reset:
  • In the “Smart Life” App, tap the pencil icon to edit the device settings. Choose “Remove the device” followed by “Disconnect and wipe data” to remove your Tweetydreams from the App.
  • Perform a reset on your Tweetydreams device by pressing for 3 seconds on the reset button located at the back of your lamp. Then go through the installation process again.

The App is not responding at all.

  • Please make sure that your Tweetydreams is turned on and that the lamp is paired to your phone (the solid blue Wi-Fi light will be turned on).
  • Another reason that may cause the App to be slow or unresponsive is a weak signal from your Wi-Fi. To check if this is the cause, try getting closer to your router and see if this helps.

The programs aren’t working properly.

  • Ensure your Tweetydreams device is powered on while making adjustments to its programs. If your Tweetydreams is turned off, the App will be unable to update your Tweetydreams with the new settings.
  • Power-cycle your Tweetydreams by turning it off and on again. Next, navigate to the program page in the App, and swipe left on the programs to reset them to their default settings. After resetting, proceed to modify the programs as needed.
  • If it seems like your Tweetydreams is activating old programs you have created that you have since deleted, we recommend giving your machine a little reset. To do this, remove the device from the “Smart Life” App by taping on the pencil icon and then select “Remove the device” + “Disconnect and wipe data”. Then, reset your Tweetydreams and repeat the installation process.
  • If your Tweetydreams is still activating programs that you did not set up after you wiped and cleared the data, please contact us.

Changing time zones, and your Tweetydreams isn't updating.

  1. Open the "Smart Life" App. Tap the pencil icon to edit device settings.
  2. Select "Remove the device," then choose "Disconnect and wipe data" to remove your Tweetydreams from the App.
  3. Re-add your Tweetydreams to the App.
  4. All Set!
